Brett Humphrey

Born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Brett Humphrey is proud to be a lifelong Oklahoman. His career has encompassed a multitude of different areas, from politics to private equity and now to financial planning.
Brett’s character is rooted in his faith and in good-old-fashioned hard work. Brett loves to serve his clients in the most efficient and effective way possible, always looking for the best long-term solution to often complex situations. Having lost his mom when he was 17 and now caring for his dad in a nursing home, Brett knows first-hand the importance of having a plan for when things go wrong.
Brett’s prior work experience includes:
- Campaign Manager for Oklahoma Attorney General, John O’Connor (2022)
- Director, Black Gold Private Equity Group
- Campaign Operations Director for the 28th Governor of the State of Oklahoma, Kevin Stitt
- Co-Founder, HT Creative, a local marketing & photography agency
- Global Credit Analyst, Phillips 66
Brett is a proud graduate of Oklahoma State’s Spears School of Business where he was awarded the prestigious Raymond D. Thomas Award for graduating #1 in the Class of 2016. He currently serves on Oklahoma State’s Spears School of Business Alumni Advisory Board.
Brett is actively engaged in the community, serving on the board of Stand in the Gap Ministries focusing their efforts on improving the lives of widows, orphans, & prisoners. He also serves on the Board for his old fraternity in college, the Gamma Lambda Chapter of Beta Theta Pi.
Brett loves to connect people, compete in Spartan races, run marathons, travel and teach financial literacy
