Monica Reed

After graduating from The University of Oklahoma in 2002, Monica Reed looked into an opening at OND upon the recommendation of a friend. The firm was looking for someone who was client-centered and whose values would align with those of the team. It was a good fit, and she was hired.

Since those early days, Monica has rotated through every client services function, including investment and insurance processing, all of which has served as invaluable preparation for the role she plays today. In her current position, Monica oversees the operational side of the practice, as well as marketing and client relations.

“This job suits me perfectly,” says Monica, “because I am good at wearing multiple hats. I like to do a little of everything.” She points out that what she considers her biggest strength is also what she enjoys most: making deep personal connections with people.

Working with OND clients has been a transformative experience for Monica. “I have seen first-hand the effects of not planning,“ she says. “It is tremendously rewarding to know that through their engagement with us, our clients and their families have a plan for the future.”

When she is not taking care of clients, Monica enjoys exercise, gardening, playing drums, volunteering at her church, and loves spending time with family and friends.

Monica and her husband, Aaron, reside in Broken Arrow with their family.
