Stephen Frank

“I take care of the financial things people know are important, but don't have the time, interest or ability to handle on their own," explains Stephen Frank about his work as a financial advisor. That might mean assisting clients with their investment needs and handling their insurance, or helping them develop charitable giving and estate planning strategies. "When a client says they want me to help them take care of their family, business or assets, I consider it a huge honor and responsibility," he adds. 

Stephen’s work ethic is rooted in solid Midwestern values, but more importantly, it is driven by a deep commitment to his Christian faith.

Driven by his Christian faith, Stephen is committed to pursuing excellence in every area of his life, and that includes ensuring that clients are "wowed" by OND’s service, responsiveness and advice.

Stephen obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Southern Methodist University and his Juris Doctor (JD*) from The University of Tulsa College of Law. He holds the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations.

Stephen is active in church and in the Tulsa community. He organizes an annual charitable golf event to benefit Kids Across America, an inner-city ministry for underprivileged youth. Stephen and his wife, Karen, reside in Tulsa and have two beautiful daughters.
