Monica Reed
Monica Reed joined OND Financial Solutions in 2002 after graduating from The University of Oklahoma, drawn to the firm’s shared commitment to integrity, service, and client first values. What began as a promising fit quickly became a calling. Over the years, Monica has served in every client services role, from investment and insurance processing to behind the scenes operational support, giving her a comprehensive understanding of how thoughtful planning and attentive service shape a client’s financial life.
Today, Monica oversees the operational and marketing functions while continuing to play a key role in client relations. Her ability to wear many hats is more than a skill, it’s something she genuinely enjoys. She thrives on meaningful connection, and she considers the relationships she builds with the individuals and families OND serves to be her greatest strength. Helping clients gain clarity and confidence in their financial future is one of the most rewarding aspects of her work.
With more than two decades at OND, Monica has witnessed firsthand the impact of proactive financial planning. “I’ve seen what happens when people don’t have a plan,” she says. “It’s incredibly fulfilling to know that through our work, clients and their families are better prepared for what lies ahead.”
Monica is deeply rooted in her church and local community. She serves on the leadership team of the Fellowship Garden in South Tulsa, where she helps cultivate both the garden and the sense of connection it fosters. She enjoys staying active, plays drums on her church’s worship team, and finds joys in working in the garden.
Monica and her husband, Aaron, live in Broken Arrow and love spending time with family and friends. She is currently pursuing her MBA at Oklahoma State’s Spears School of Business in Tulsa, further strengthening her ability to support clients with insight, professionalism, and heart.
