Stephen Frank
Stephen Frank is the founder of OND Financial Solutions, where he has built a practice centered on helping clients navigate the financial responsibilities they recognize as essential but may not have the time, interest, or expertise to manage alone. His work spans investment and insurance guidance, charitable giving strategies, and estate planning support—always with the goal of bringing clarity, confidence, and long‑term stability to the families and businesses he serves. Stephen views the trust clients place in him as both an honor and a profound responsibility.
Guided by his Christian faith, Stephen approaches his work with a commitment to excellence that shapes every aspect of OND. He is dedicated to ensuring clients feel genuinely cared for and consistently impressed by the firm’s service, responsiveness, and expert advice.
Stephen earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and his Juris Doctor from The University of Tulsa College of Law. He also holds the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations, reflecting his deep expertise in insurance and financial planning.
Beyond his professional work, Stephen is active in his church and the Tulsa community. He organizes an annual charitable golf event benefiting Kids Across America, an inner‑city ministry serving underprivileged youth, and he contributes his time to several community boards. Stephen and his wife, Karen, live in Tulsa and are the proud parents of two daughters and grandparents to two granddaughters. When he’s not working with clients, he enjoys time with his family and a good day on the golf course.
